Microphone not working? /Can’t hear the sound in the video?

  1. Please ensure that the intercom function is operated correctly, allowing the vicohome AP to use the microphone and increasing the volume of the phone to a level that can hear normally. As you can see in the picture.
  2. Check if there is any obstruction on the speaker of the device. When you receive the device, please check if the film on the outside of the speaker has been torn off

  3. If you still can't hear the sound after checking, you can use the card pin to hold down the P hole and restart the device.

  4. When reconnecting, check if there is a DingDong DingDong sound. If you can hear the DiingDong DingDong sound, it proves that the microphone of the device is good.

    If there is still no sound after checking the above, please send the S/N code of the product to our email, and we will contact our technical personnel about that.
