How to deal with the inability to rotate the camera?

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the situation.

1. First make sure that the network is normal, the live broadcast itself is smooth and not lagging, and the camera is fully charged.

2. Click Calibrate the gimbal in vicohome-App and check whether it can rotate.

3. Please rotate the camera manually and check whether there is any foreign matter blocking the groove connection of the camera.If there are something block,you can remove it manually. If there is nothing block and the rotate part still not work,you can contact us at sovmiku@163.com, send us the SN code of your camera and we will help you with it.
