How to solve the problem that I can't see live outside?

Check one by one according to the method below.
1. Check whether your mobile phone has data permissions to vicohome.
Apple:
Settings - Cellular - Apps that use Wi-Fi and Cellular Data - Find and enter vicohome - Select Wi-Fi and Cellular Data

Android:
Settings - Apps and notifications - App management - Find and enter vicohome - Click on data usage - Turn on mobile data switch

Huawei:
Settings-Apps and Services-Application Management-Find and enter vicohome-Click Data Usage-Turn on mobile data switch (Allow)

2. Check whether the VPN or proxy is turned on (Apple mobile phone is used as an example, as shown in the picture)
Turn off proxy
1. Open settings on your phone and click Wireless LAN.
2. In the wireless LAN interface, click to select the connected WiFi network.
3. Enter Close Configuration Agent to turn off the network proxy function.

Turn off VPN
1. Once you start using a VPN, Apple has added a VPN section in the iOS Settings app, under Personal Hotspot.
